If the work we do doesn’t improve teacher and administrator practice, if it doesn’t lead to better learning experiences for students, then we haven’t accomplished our mission. We take our professional development responsibilities seriously and build assessments of their effectiveness right into our programs and services.

I just finished a classroom observation in [Teacher's] room. She was using highlighted feedback and goal setting as a means to focus on student growth connected to mathematical concepts. This is not an observation of practices that I would have seen 4 years ago. Your work is impacting our work with students in ways I am just now starting to fully understand.

Please keep doing what you are doing. It is making a difference in children’s lives.
