LCI’s Multidimensional Leadership Performance Rubric (MLPR) supports the assessment needs of school leaders, including Assistant Principals, Directors, Department Chairs, and others. It uses the same structure as the Multidimensional Principal Performance Rubric and supports the use of Educational Leadership Policy Standards: ISLLC 2008, along with Goal Setting and Attainment. Using the MLPR in conjunction with the MPPR provides the foundation for common language, focus and learning across all levels of district leadership.
The MLPR Field Guide and Field Guide Workbook was developed to support the rubric, and provides field-tested, practical strategies for implementing the MLPR under a variety of circumstances. Learn more.
