We co-design the coaching focus to meet the educator’s goals.  This can range from developing specific skills or practices to building or refining structures and system to addressing needs uncovered through professional evaluation processes. Together, we determine expectations, deliverables and measurable outcomes of the coaching process. This work generally takes place in the leader’s setting but it can also occur at another site, and/or via phone or video conference.
