Participants in this online, facilitated course deepen will their understanding of project-based learning (PBL) by exploring the following questions:
What is project-based learning?
What does project-based learning look like in the classroom?
What conditions support PBL?
What does PBL demand that students know, be able to do, and be like?
What does PBL demand of teachers' instructional and assessment practices?
The course includes readings/viewings, discussions and short reflective assignments. 1 credit (15 hours). Facilitated by Diane Cunningham.
